Let me tell you a little about myself and how I got started with home staging. I attended Pepperdine University where I studied Business and then onto Thunderbird Graduate School for my MBA. I spent my career working in the defense contracting industry, in Accounting and Finance. In 2009, I took a step back from that career to start our family with my husband David.
During the past 13 years, we have been enjoying raising our 3 sons in Scripps Ranch, San Diego. This is also the time when I started working in Home Staging. I started by staging properties of family & friends, and shared how staging is truly the BEST marketing tool! I am passionate about Home Staging! Let me help you.
Staging is creating a feeling in the room that draws the buyer into your home. It helps the buyer imagine their own life in your home. In this market post pandemic, buyers are drawn to a home simply by how it looks on the MLS Link or photos on real estate sites. It is very hard to imagine an empty space.
